What is the return policy for Fukubukuro?

Products shown are an example, and not guaranteed to be included. Our Fukubukuro bags are not available for return or exchange and are considered a final sale. If there’s an item that doesn’t work out, it may make a great gift for someone you know!

Can't find your gift order? 

If you do not know your online order number please contact our customer service for assistance locating your gift receipt. If your item was purchased in a Kahala retail store it will have a red Kahala sticker located on the tag.

Where do I send a return that was purchased from a Kahala Retail store? 

Please send items back to the original Kahala store it was purchased from. This will help expedite your return. Sorry, but we are unable to process any returns for items purchased from another retailer.

What is instant credit? 

Instant credit allows you the option to get the right item even before returning the wrong one by either exchanging or placing an order for a new item. If you do not use the instant credit, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment once your return has been processed.

Why can't my order be found? 

If you placed an international order, please reach out to our customer service team for help facilitating your return.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 35 days.
  • Unworn and unwashed items that have the original tags attached

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
